YCLA is founded on 4 April 2023 with the Deed of Establishment No. AHU – 0006249.AH.01.04, 12 April 2023 and Akta Notaris No. 10, 4 April 2023. The address of the secretariat is Jl. Ir. H. Juanda IB No. 4 RT/RW , Kel. Kec. Gambir Jakarta Pusat.
